Canadian Shipping
All Canadian orders ship via Canada Post. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days to most Canadian addresses. We ship to all provinces and territories including British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, PEI, Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut.
Return Shipping
A prepaid return shipping label is included with your GI-MAP™ test kit. After collecting your sample, seal the specimen vial, place it in the return mailer provided, and drop it in the mail using the prepaid label.
Sample Stability
The GI-MAP™ collection vial contains a proprietary preservative that keeps your sample stable for up to 7 days at room temperature. This means you don't need to rush to mail your sample back — simply collect and ship at your convenience within the stability window.
